Return Process

  Log into your Adrian UAE account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location across the UAE.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
